<p>good morning</p> <p>on the 5th July 2017 i transfered R550.00 from my EFT banking to a Mtn account to pay for my son in laws contract.</p> <p>my son in law received a sms 3 weeks later stating that they were going to switch his phone off.</p> <p>we went to a Mtn branch in Waterfall mall in rustenburg whereby the lady that assisted us was very helpfull and send a email to Mtn head office with proof of our payment.</p> <p>we went back a week later to be told we must contact Mtn head office which we did.</p> <p>we were told that Mtn only goes once a month through their statements and any money still outstanding will be checked and rectified.</p> <p>yesterday again my son in law was notified that if the account is not paid then the phone will be switched off.</p> <p>for heavens sake what more must we do to proove the account was paid on cell phone number ********** 219 for Mr. Charl Emilio Oberhollzer</p> <p>there business methods is really poor</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Anthony</p>
