Contract Approved - No phone

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had app**** for a contract for a Sony M5 Black on the 14th of July. I was told no units were in stock, and one would be ordered for me from the warehouse which usually takes a day or two.</p> <p> </p> <p>I agreed to this, and in the interim, my contract had already been approved. I have returned to the store on almost a daily basis requesting for feedback on the phones arrival, each day I'm told that they are still waiting on the warehouse to deliver stock, and that they would also try to source stock from other MTN stores. Each day I'm also given the assurance that the phone should be in the following day. It is now the 26th of July and I have yet to receive the phone with the reason that warehouse has not delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm find this issue of stock to be quite an anomaly, as I have two family members who got Sony M5 Black phones from 2 separate MTN stores in Durban this week with absolutely no hassle. I want the phone I was promised, on the contract that I have already been approved for. And I want it in the colour I have requested. This wait is unacceptable.</p>
