CONFIRM-ABLE FACTS AS FOLLOW

1. On the 16/12 @ 12h08 Mr4 Nasser Receive application, not completed due to system error (ALL THIS CAN BE VERIFIED ON MTN SYSTEM LOG) 2. In store 18/12 @ 17h05 Application completed for UP-grade Samsung FE 20 with xs package. 3. On the 20/12 @ 14h02 approved for Samsung FE20 handset and XS pack for 36month duration by (MA) on system the Initials. I was notified to present myself in store in person for execution of contract.

4. On the 21/12 Maria at Menlyn Main assisted me, system was continuously hanging and slow due to that it froze up she had to recapture. Varies times she tried and system failed or hang or slow eventually system completed application.

Awe-inspiringly application had to be referred again to her shock, eventually it was only approved for sim deal only. THIS IS NOT WHAT I QUALIFIED FOR !!!! I INSISTED AND WE TRIED AGAIN AND EVEN SHE MAILED VETTING THEY STUCK TO LAST APPROVAL.
