Contract and outstanding dispute

Firstly Greetings I am very disappointed with the service that I have received from Nolwazi MTN Bhoza championon the 17 of January at 12:38 who refused to give me her name and kept quiet for almost 10 minutes.

Secondly since September 2023 have been having a crisis with my contract on ***. I took a phone contract with mondeo which I cancelled within the cooling off period and the device was collected. From September 2023 to date I have been billed for two contracts: sim only R206(old contract) and IPhone Pro Max which I have cancelled 😞.

Now I found myself in a situation that my number is blocked with an outstanding of R4914.30 which I am informed that it is going to increase. I can’t pay penalties calculated based on the problem which I reported and requested to be resolved.

I am willing to to pay what is due based on my contract of R206 plus vat which is R1030 plus vat
