Contract and legal department

I had a contract with mtn unfortunately I lost my job due to covid than mtn took my account to css due to me not paying I paid css their money than they gaved me a paid up letter, I called mtn to remove from credit because it was blocking me and to concel my contract since I am no longer want because of their poor service they didn't even remove nor contact me to tell me that I have been removed from credit instand they said I am owing money I paid them that money I own them so I am the one who should do the follow up on the giving me falls hopes that my contract is no longer active but then wen I do a follow up again they my contract is active again so I want mtn to remove from credit close my account I don't want nothing to do with mtn their are poor in service they don't care about their customers they only care about money so mtn i am tired of ur I am drained actually u guys are not treating ur customers well
