Contract and account different
Good day<br> I have send over 20 emails already to rectify my account, I signed up for mymtn50 which is R69 p.m. for 24 months. Now I keep on getting accounts for R79 per month. I even send them a break down to correct my account and still I receive statements for the wrong amount. Please can someone correct my account. it should be R69 per month and R59 BIS total R128 if you look on your record there is some months that it was correct. I am very disappointed in this service as nobody seems to care in your call centre as well.

Please be advised that MTN contract subscription fees for all MTN contracts has increased since June month. BIS service is not free with the new package, the account is billed for this service extra. If you require for this service to be removed, please notify us to remove this for you.
We do pick up on the April invoice you have not received the discount for SMS, we have requested for the billing department to credit the account R13.15.
