Contract Activation Taking Forever!!!

I have been with MTN for several years. I have had several lines with MTN. It has never ever taken this long for an activation to take place. It has been 4 days and I still don't have my new phone. This is seriously not the kind of service I am used to from MTN. I hope that this matter will be resolved soon.<br> <br> PS. The MTN Gatemax number is forever engaged and I can never get through, I really doubt I will ever deal with MTN Gatemax again unless they resolve my new contract soon.
