Contract account still open since Oct 2020 and unknown money accumulating

My contract was closed 2020 but I am struggling to understand what system are using to completely close this contract account. This sms of owing this and that are confusing me.This does not put me in good record with ITC.

Please close this account again and again, you really make one to hate contracts and you don't want to let go.
