Contract

I have been trying to cancel the contract with mtn. I have called and cancelled on Friday. I am aware that the person who was trying to move my contract from my employer's name to my name forgot to link the account with the allowance that is received from my company (this happened in August). now I was debited R1039 on my personal account while the my employer did pay the allowance of R580. Where is the allowance money going to go since it was paid because he person that was helping me when I spoke with him (Siyabulela Mlunjwana )on Monday last week he said I must not contact him as this is not his problem. I must call *** and this number is not working I have email as proof that my employer paid but on mtn system when I called 808 they said it does not appear. I also need a letter confirming that the contract was cancelled and still mtn is unable to provide me with the letter. can I please be assisted. Below is the proof of payment from my employer.
