Contract
I am logging a complaint against MTN, I had a contract with them, it expired in May, I went to the Eastgate branch to inform them that I wont be needing the contract anymore, but the are still billing me, I sent them an e-mail, they rep**** 28 days later saying my query has been escalated to credit management, since the I have not heard from them and they are still billing me.
