I called mtn for an early upgrade, they gave me the amount I had to pay and I paid it, after I called again for the upgrade now I don't qualify, they just keeps on transferring me to different departments for someone to give me an explanation but no one is doing that, I am over these whole thing, the money I paid is the one I could use it to buy a cash device for my son
