Contract ****

I am very disappointed with MTN and the way they handle their contracts. My contract was expiring in June I emailed retentions office in 3rd May asking for cancellation. Noloyiso Blayi responded stating that I was early and needed to cancel 30 days prior I did exactly that but till today my account is not cancelled. I called again today and I was told that my account is in areas and has been handed to legal department. MTN now operates like ****ming business
