Contract

After applying for a contract at MTN Uncapped 10 mbs router no delivery or contact has been made since. Some of my collages has received there's a wile ago. I also tried phoning and was redirected to a Telcom agent. My question is. Of this is the treatment recieved before receiving the item. How much trouble is in place for the next 24 months
