Contract

Ive been using mtn for more than 20 years now. Am very disappointed by the service they provide in Harrismith. The real problem is the store manager Dries Visser. The man only cares about money and nothing else. In October I bought a router and it only covered a quarter of my house and I explained I need something with more coverage. I returned the router the following day and explained to Dries what I need. Dries Visser told me I should sit next to the wifi when using it or buy a wifi extender which I don't have money to buy. Dries Visser refused to cancel my contract even though he couldn't give me what I need. He told me if I cancel the debit order he will blacklist me. I am now paying for the router that I returned the following day after purchase. I complained many times to the mtn service champions but nothing was done, only a query was open. Today R767.64 was debited from my account but I returned the wifi router the following day after purchase. I wonder what MTN saw in a manager like Dries Visser, am very disappointed. mtn is disappointing 😞
