Contract
I have a contract with MTN, last year I had someone from their call center call to say my mobile phone was paid up so they wanted to transfer me to another package where I would pay less than R400. That never happened, I've been paying over R600. When I went to upgrade my phone which was giving problems I was told I was put on a contract. I was not told anything about a contract, then on top of it was told I must go sign affidavit at He police station. I don't understand why I must be getting affidavits when it's clear they have not even lived up to that very so called contract.

25 Jan 2018, 11:36That's really not good enough. Rudiculous service! Why am I not then paying the -R400 you stipulated if that contract were real? Still you've done nothing. Advise on the contract and amount stipulated? I want the records of the call too. Absolutely nothing was said about this being a new contract.

I’ve been writing and calling MTN about my contract and issue still not ressolved. I even sent the requested affidavit, but still no response to my query. Very frustrated by this.
