Contract

i app**** for a contract with a consultant who was very helpful and knew her products very well, however when asked about my status of my application i was transferred to 4 different departments and spoke to 8 different people , no one could help me or even pick up that an application was even done , one lady had said that i had not submitted my documents (payslips, statements etc) when i had sent all the documentation to the consultant i have never experienced such bad service in my entire life. I even tried sending a mail to ********** but the mail bounced back saying that the inbox is full i am very disappointed in mtn as they have such a good reputation among my peers:(
