Never again with MTN, I've upgraded in 2024 the amount my contract says is R349 now I'm paying R453, I tried to call and find out what could be the problem there are so many explanations, yesterday I received an sms of a prize increase so meaning my contract is not a fixed contract I never signed for any future prize increased my contract says R349 for 36months now all of a sudden there will be a prize increase, I forever regret the days that I took out contracts with Mtn even with my previous contract they will deduct three months down the line although my contracts depleted, now MTN knows I can't cancel never again with MTN it's a money making scheme.
