Contract

I requested my contract to be cancelled on 23 March 2015..I was told to finish the airtime I had because I will loose it if cancelled immediately..on the 16th of April and on 19 of April I called them to cancel i was told the request was put thru and ref number *** was given. I called again few days later to check on progress,the consultant told me that request for the 19th was not done and I was given the reference number ***.Today i am stil waiting and their call center is a something else,if you manage to get thru they cut your call.I want to this contract cancelled immediately.
