Contract

<p>Hi, We are having difficulty getting our account sorted out with mtn. The numbers related are *** and ***. We have been shunted from department to department. They upgraded our contract 3 months ago. Sent us the elevated (new) invoices, but never delivered the 2 new phones. After several phone calls and emails we finally last month managed to cancel the upgrade and received the correct invoice. Mtn has not debited our account for the past 3 months either. Speaking to a mtn consultant a few weeks back, they claim that our bank details are absa, not fnb. We informed them that they have been debiting our account for years, why would it change to absa, we dont have an absa account. This morning we received an sms stating that our debit order has now been cancelled and we are being treated as cash customers. We nust pay any invoice 24 hrs from date. Now I am concerned that they will cancel our numbers, which we use for business. Even if we want to pay it, we would not know into which account to do so. And I dont trust anyone there to give me the correct details, as noone to date could assist us in this matter. Please let me know if you need any further info.
