contract
hi guys, pls dont ever buy any contract from mtn, i have contract with mtn and they charging me over 1000 rands every month for 200, this month even worst, i have debited over 1700 rands, actually they put me into trouble for my living taking lot of money from my account, i have no idea why they taking over 1k every month which suppose to be 200 only, please refund my money back asap as you guys are taking my bread money as well, because of you i am running out of money for food. the worst provider in the world i would say, what the hell is this guys why are you doing to your customers?

Your line is billed for extra data usage and content services. You get billed for the extra data usage once you have depleted your inclusive data bundles, to prevent the charges for the extra usage please set the usage limit to R0.00 by dialling *141*1*7852#ok.
Please dial *141*5#ok and select Content Services to cancel the subscription with Basebone that is deducting R7.00 for Backgrounds for WhatsApp.
Rest assured it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
