contract
i was due for an upgrade and i told the guy who was assisting me i wanted to pay the same amount of money or less than what i was paying for my previous contract. but because they get commission on our contracts he made me take out a package R400 more that what i was paying at the time. now he wants to pin it on me saying he explained everything to me. why would i agree to paying more when i wanted to pay less or plus minus the same amount????

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result this. I completely understand the frustration it causes. According to our records the number in question was on top up R 200.00 and paying R 418.99, when an upgrade was due the package is MTN R 200.00 and the subscription is R 429.00.
