Continuous harrassment from MTN
MTN continues to hound me for years now regarding an account they had sent me for charges incurred for a contract that I requested to be terminated as it had reached expiry. I did not wish to continue with the contract, so when it expired I requested MTN to terminate it. It seems MTN tool it upon itself to continue supplying data to the ****les, even though I had requested the contract to be cancelled.
I stil get threatening e-mails from MTN's legal hounds, even after sending them thousands of e-mails explaining the situation.
MTN states that the tried contacting me on my cell number; saying that the number does not work. Funny though, everyone else can reach me on that same cell number...

I ASSURE YOU, THEY BOTH WORK JUST FINE - ASK YOUR LAWYERS, HAMMOND POLE! - THEY SEEM TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT ME - WHY CANT YOU? IS IT USER INCOMPETENCE??

Kindly be advised that before the contract expires and converted to prepaid your debit orders returned unpaid.
You had a data contract and this contract received 5GB monthly the 5GB provisioned was used up and the account was billed for extra data charges for August 2015.
Please make payment for the balance outstanding R2850.64 before the request can be send to the attorneys to remove your name from the ITC list.'
