Continuous bank deductions!

<p>My mtn account was paid off in June 2016 but deductions are still done through my bank account. I have approached my service provider (several times) MTN Musgrave branch in Durban for help but i did not get any help and the consultants are not very helpful at all. My bank account is still continuously being charged. I wonder why a company as BIG as mtn is doing this to me???</p>
