CONTINUOS FUSTRATION

<p>I have a conytraqct with mtn, my account fell into arrears and was handed to legal, i have made arrangements with them and im paying my account monthly. My phone was ****** in an attempted hijack on Sunday, i need to do a swim swap and im told i cannot do same since my account is with legal. I cannot get ahold of anyone there, the people at the shop also cannot assist me in this regard.
