Continues spam and the same excuses directly from mtn

It doesn't matter how many times you opt out of marketing - or how many times you contact MTN - they'll repeatedly escalate your query and repeatedly tell you you need to opt out of marketing.

How difficult is it not to spam someone? You could at least have the decency to take ownership instead of hiding behind the same rhetoric for MONTHS - "we have escalated your query" - or/and - "you need to opt out of marketing by following these steps".

Beyond useless, fortunately no contract, so I'll look for a more respectful network.
