Continued poor MTN customer service

A little over a week ago, I wrote a complaint concerning the poor (lack of, truth be told) customer service from MTN. To date they have not made any effort to respond - make sone wonder just how much public opinion matters to them?

Wish I had some contact details for the Board of Directors ...
