CONTINUE TO DEBIT ACCOUNT DESPITE CANCELATION AND MANY INTERACTIONS

I have had at least ten interactions with MTN. I canceled my contract 8 months ago and they continue to debit my account. I have requested numerous further cancelations and requested a refund, but they continue to take my money. It has been a waste of many hours of my time.
