Continoues suspension

im sick an tired of MTNSP suspending my line, I have been with Nashua since 1996 and never had to call my Service provider like I had to call MTNSP every month for the last 3 months. I have never asked for a limit on my account, and have never had one. Today, I'm suspended again and the call center has now had a disruption in service, so there is no one available to un-suspend my line. I need urgent immediate attention on this matter
