Content services that I did not subscribe to!

I took a 200GB contract for R399/pm. From May they’ve been debiting more then R399 and when I asked why, I was told about some nonsense content services that I and everyone at home did not subscribe to. My frustration is that none of them are willing to tell me what these ****** subscriptions are and they refuse to refund me! I’ve been using the wifi for 11 months now, so why wasn’t I charged for these subscriptions from the beginning?!
