Content charges from MTN that I never agreed to

Content charges on cell account monthly since June 2020 for R80.91 then charge of R171.64 in January 2021. I phone MTN and they won't tell me what this is for, but they have been charging me since June 2020. I never accepted or agreed to these charges, I don't even know what they are for. Is MTN complicit in this?
