CONTENT CHARGE

After a string of emails between myself Mira Networks and Basebone I,ve been advised that I was unsubscribed from their database on 4Jan 2016 after which no further content charges was billed. Between the 2 they have advised me of a content charge of R210 and R168.Why is it that in Dec I was billed R500 which I paid and again R728.90 in Feb after I was unsubscribed?! All in all MTN has overcharged me R179.96 in Dec and R407.91 in Jan above my normal contract bill! <br> <br> How is it that I was charged this when I have set a limit of R100?!<br> From Mtn141: <br> Your Subscriber Usage Limit has been set to R100.00. Dial *141*5# at anytime if you want to change it. <br> <br> I want assistance regarding this as my sim has been suspended and my credit record ruined! The thanks I get for being a loyal paying customer of MTN. I don't need more ref numbers and automated messages!
