CONTEMPLANTING LEAVING MTN

I have got the worst service ever in my life from MTN. I paid 2 of my bills a good 6 months ago with a wrong reference number. I provided the proof of payment to them in September but up to now they "are still working on moving the funds to the correct account" and my services have been suspended!!! I get the same response from Customer Service daily "your query will be resolved within 24 hours".
