Contacting my lawyer. Useless MTN.

Once again, we have load shedding yesterday and my whole family has zero cellular coverage for the full 3 hours. Cant make calls, cant send messages, nothing. This is a danger, as there can be emergency and we would not be able to get help. I have complained many times with MTN, posted many HelloPeter complaints (I will continue to do so each and every time we have load shedding too!) but no response or fix. MTN, I will be speaking to my lawyer and doing an online social media campaign until someone calls me and see to it that the tower in our area is fixed. This is disgusting service. Everyone with MTN in my neighborhood loses coverage and connectivity whenever the power goes down. FIX IT. Do your jobs! If anything happens to my family in an emergency and I am unable to call for help, I will use every avenue to make sure you are held responsible. Contact me please so we can fix this issue.
