Contacted MTN regarding abnormal bill SECOND TIME
I wrote on hellopeter about 3 weeks ago and the mtn rep said I will be contacted - STILL NO CONTACT FROM MTN!<br> <br> You guys are a joke. It is pathetic.

Thank you for posting.
I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there is delays in our customer touch points.
Your request has been escalated to the Billing department for investigation and because of the ongoing protest action there is a backlog.
MTN has notified the public of the increase in tariff rates in March before it became effective in May as usage is billed a month in arrears.
The out of bundle rate for data is 99c.
I hope the above is in order and would once again like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.
