Contact with MTN

I had bad experience with MTN since 2018, they are not a true reflection in terms of the contract.

Once you signed a contract with them it will run the way you took it for few months then it will change without your concern and you won't get help. Currently my contract with them expired last year on November, but I tried to cancel it they t promised me it will be canceled they even gave me a due date of cancelation.,but saprisingly they keep on billing me after the due date of cancelation and suspending my calls.

Today I called them to get clarity why they billing me again they drop my call.

Every time when they suspended my calls they asking me to pay huge money. MTN they are not a true reflection of the their customers.
