Contact us of no use

I sent an email about +/-4 weeks ago amending my postal address via your online contact us site. It is now 16 Jan 2018 and I’ve had no response from MTN. The address is still incomplete. It just shows to prove that the onsite contact us is of no use and MTN do not care about there customers.
