Contact the account holder, not the sub accounttee

I have been a client of MTN for years. On my account is also my monther's phone. What MTN just cannot seem to do is to communicate account related information to me. The person who pays the account. They always send these communication to my mother, who can do little about them. Please MTN get your act together !!!!!!!
