Contact termination

I sent an email to MNT retentions department on the 5 January 2022 to cancel my contract with them I told them I do not have pin number ect. And surely they could track all my details via my ID number till todate the more u tell them u don't have the information they keep on requesting for the same information it is so difficult to end a contract that you no longer want with them
