Contact still no cancelled and my name still not cleared

Mtn is still sending messages about an account that I need to pay. Clearly what Mondo said they did to cancel this contract, the communication was not sent to MTN. I need my name removed from their Debtors list, I need a letter confirming that I do not owe MTN or Mondo anything. I will not stop writing these reviews until it is done.
