Contact number always busy

<p>I have been trying to contact Mtn legal department for the past plus 6 months but all efforts are coming to no avail. I called 808 and I was given this number ********** 233 but this call centre told me that they don't have my profile instead they gave me another number to call ********** 111. When I call this number the switch board always tells me that the line is conjested and my I must leave my number for them to call me back but this have never happened. I went to mtn brooklyn mall and they said they can only communicate with the legal department through email. The consultant told me that she sent an email to the legal department and they will be in contact with me. It's now two months no one is telling me what to do and where to go. All I need is the bill so that I pay it off and clear my name.</p>
