Contact NOT cancelled as requested!!!

I have canceled my contract with you the beginning of April 2023 by phoning your customer contact center! I was that the last day I can use this number was the 5th May and NO FURTHER debit orders will go through.

Today ( 20th May) the debit order went off my account. I too the liberty to dispute this and placed a stop on this debit order seeing that you can't or don't know how to cancel a contract.
