Contact cancellation

I took out a Home internet wifi online last year April 2025 for 12 months and now the contract is ending on the 30th of April 2026 and no one want to help me to cancel the contract. I have been transferred to pillar and post still nothing. I wait for so long for the call to be answered and when they decide to finally answer, still no one helps me. How hard is it to cancel the contract 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
