Contact cancelation

Consultant Cancel contract on 1 Feb 2021 at MTN City view, MTN headquarters did not cancel contract on their end, which ended as ******** debt. I'm not in arrears, pay my account via deligently month on month. Called mtn customer service, was put through to retention after 3 days ( as u know nobody responds on mtn customer service). Finally got through spoke consultant whom advised contract was not cancel, advised I have proof (ref ***) couldn't answer why contract was not cancel. Called *** spoke with rude unprofessional ****** woman who hung up on me.
