Contact cancelation

I've had endless problems with mtn trying to cancel my contract. Last mnth I called to cancel & everything was done... but this mnth I'm receiving the airtime & data as normal & being billed for it. There was even a *****ulent call made to me & I reported this to their ***** line but no reactions as yet.
