i have been trying to get hold on clearwater mtn the whole morning, i phoned the reception to get five different number with no response.<br> this is honestly pathetic. i have been to a number of mtn stores to get my upgrade but no satisfaction at all. im thinking about cancelling my contract and using another network provider. now im left without a phone and i can use another phone because i was advised to cut it. I took out the contract but i had to cap it , get insurance which i think is really unnecessary when i took out the cpntract that was all done foe me

We have now perused your account and see that you are eligible for the upgrade to be done, however you have not stated the reasons for the upgrade not being processed after you visited numerous stores.
If the problem is stock related, we've requested our Sales Department to make contact with you, confirm the device you are looking for and then process the upgrade with the phone being delivered.
We see that your insurance is still active and will advise you to keep it active as you can then request our Insurance Department to update the device (IMEI number) that is to be insured on the policy.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
