Consumers rights being violated by mtn

MTN is honestly pathetic!!!! Hopefully someone hears me now!!! I requested early termination November 2019, I then went into the store to pay my settlement amount, at the store a complete different figure was given to me, I obviously refuse to pay the amount because just 15 minutes ago customer care gave me a figure of which I need to pay for my settlement amount, I then requested for the conversation recording, as mtn claims all calls are recorded... To this very day I am still waiting for the recording, and so is my lawyer. January 2020 I decided you know what I cannot wait any longer for mtn to provide me with my recording. 2 weeks ago I then requested for another settlement figure, I went into the store paid the settlement amount, came home requested for my numbers to be canceled and migrated to prepaid, "due to the system failure" they were unable to cancel my number, two days later I called again and yet both my contract numbers could not be canceled due to the above reason "system failure" , I clearly stated I need this contract canceled before you guys decide to debit my account because of your'lls incompetence, few days later the debit order goes off, bare in mind I've already settled both these contracts. And to make this more interesting they decide to deactivate my number, which means I now cannot call mtn, I then went into the store, called retentions from mtn store, asking them what is going on, and of cause the consultant has no clue, again I told her I've been so patient with mtn for the past 3 months, this is absurd and the biggest ********** network provider in history, because I fail to understand how do you deactivate my number but yet your'll debit from my account, the consultant then told me my number will be reactive within 24 hours then we'll be able to solve this matter... It's 3 days later, my number is still deactived,please tell me how do I now call you guys to solve this matter???? Mtn is dishonest, unreliable, no ethics what so ever, bunch of ********* and biggest ***** company!!!! Are you guys now able to actually hear me???? Oh and did I mention that you sent me a message after my settlement was paid... My account is in arrears, how, please someone tell me how!!!!! Its disappointing and just disgusting!!!
