Consumers : Beware Of MTN, Its the most dangerous company I have ever seen. Their customer service is *******.

From April 2021 where I requested MTN to terminate their service as I was no longer interested in using it.

I first called them and understanding that its easy to deny a call if it was not recorded I decided to send them an email.

MTN ignored my request and kept on debiting my bank account. Its after when I decided to block them from the bank that they started making noise.

There is a lady that called me from MBD ( MTN Debt collectors ). She told me that I owe MTN the cancelation fee. I have served the 24 months

Of the contract as the term of agreement and therefore there cancelation fee is not applicable.
