Consumer Rights Violated

Again with MTN!!!!

So after all my previous problems now NAZ from Equisite Cellular MTN CANNOT sort out my problem and takes my frustration for rudeness so she pawns me off to the call centre which cannot solve my issue of being billed R1100.00 for December (2 days use of the phone due to MTN foul ups) and R1300.00 for January (5 days use due to MTN foul ups) - 7 dissconnections later i'm still soft locked.

The all knowing NAZ suggested that If I have DSTV and dont watch it then I must still pay the bill for the month. YES Naz I agree but if DSTV (MTN) do not give me a signal and there is no signal for the month I then will not pay.

Catch a wake up and realize that you are the face of the company you represent!

I am now forced to pay for a service that I have not been able to use as I have been soft locked for 53 days.

Furthermore I get billed for the whole month of December when I only took the contract on the 21st!!!!!!

STEER CLEAR OF MTN, I know the saying - BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW THAN THE DEVIL YOU DON'T - but this is a different kettle of fish!!!!

Now hopefully someone who has some intelligence will contact me to get this sorted out as their helpline 808 cannot!!!!!
