CONSUMER PROTECTION / COMSUMER GOODS AND SERVICES OMBUDSMAN/ MTN
When I got no help from MTN(Onnetse Diale) I included icasa and cgso as these were named in the MTN store on who I could complain to. Icasa sent a message and said it was not within their jurisdiction ( a consumer complaint not in their jurisdiction????) Ms Diale from MTN and Cgso did not have the decency to even respond. that was on the 23 October and to date I have heard nothing. If as a consumer you have a problem, WHO DO YOU APPROACH?
