CONSUMER EXPLOITATION
MTN is STILL deducting money from my account even though I have requested that this service be discontinued on 23 April 2015 already! I am no longer bound by the contract and still it seems impossible to discontinue a service which I do NOT require!<br> After numerous failed attempts to discontinue this service, MTN has cheated me out of R1540 and should be held accountable for this money!<br> I have been paying continuously for 5 months for something which I do not want! I have officially requested this service to be discontinued on 23 April already and MTN has NOT honoured my repeated requests. I have been exploited by this large corporation! MTN has given NO cooperation in my requests nor have they addressed ANY of my concerns to PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!<br>

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
We can confirm that your contract has been cancelled/migrated over to prepaid. This was done on the 20th of August 2015.
We can also confirm that a request has been logged for the additional invoices that were generated to be credited. Once credited we can then request our Banking Department to do a refund into your banking account. The reference number for the credit request logged is REQ:***.
